How does Embedportal embed dashboards?

We sit between your product and your BI vendor (Tableau, Power BI, QuickSight, Looker, Metabase). When a viewer opens a dashboard, your backend asks us for a short-lived signed token, and the dashboard renders directly from your BI vendor to the viewer’s browser.

Do you store our data?

No. Business data shown inside embedded dashboards is served by your BI vendor straight to the viewer – it never passes through our servers. We only hold account, configuration, and audit data. See our Privacy Policy.

Which BI tools are supported?

Tableau, Power BI, QuickSight, Looker, and Metabase, with tenant-aware branding and row-level security.

What support do I get on my plan?

Team plans include email support with a one-business-day target and a 99.9% uptime goal. Enterprise adds a contractual SLA, priority support, and a named point of contact.

How do I report a security issue?

Email security@atspark.com with the details. Please follow responsible disclosure and do not probe other tenants.
